How To Book Your Holiday
1 There a number of ways you can book your summer or winter ski holiday in Chatel. The quickest way is to fill in our Booking Request form. We will then contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm prices and availability.
Or you can telephone us on 0033 (0)4 50 73 86 54 to check availability. We will discuss with you all your holiday requirements, confirm availability and pricing.
You can also email us at enquiries@mountainairholidays.co.uk with the dates you are considering, how many people are in your party and type of accommodation (fully catered chalet, bed and breakfast, self catered chalet, self catered apartment) required. Please also leave a contact telephone number where we can call you back to discuss your holiday in more detail.
2 We will hold any reservations you make for 4 working days, giving you time to send a completed booking form together with your 15% deposit (25% for self catered holidays) to our UK office. Booking forms can be downloaded from our web site and then posted or faxed.
3 When we receive your completed booking form and deposit we will issue you with a booking reference and confirmation invoice giving all details of your holiday in Chatel. At this stage we will also confirm the date any balance is due.
Pricing & Payment Options
In order to avoid any exchange rate issues for our UK customers, holiday quotes and payments can be in Sterling or Euros and you have a number of ways to pay deposits and balances. We accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer (BACS) and by Credit Card .
a) BACS (euros or sterling): If you wish pay by this method please let us know and we will send you details of our French or UK accounts.
b) Credit Card (euros): All payments made by credit card will be taken in euros, either Visa or Mastercard. Please note it is the card provider who sets the exchange rate when applicable. You can provide card details on your booking form or the payment can be made over the phone. Please note a 2% surcharge will be added to all balance payments by credit card.
c) Sterling: You can also pay deposits and balances in sterling either by cheque or bank transfer into our UK account. Cheques should be made payable to "Mountain Air Holidays Ltd" and posted to our UK PO Box address.
